(Public Offer of the Tallers Online Store)
1. General Provisions
1.1 This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is the official public offer of the Tallers online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to enter into a distance sale and purchase agreement for goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) on the terms set out in this Offer.
1.2 Acceptance of the terms of this Offer (by clicking the “Buy”, “Confirm”, payment, or confirmation of the order) shall bind the Buyer to the contract in full.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
2.1 The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods in accordance with the procedure and on the terms specified in this Offer.3. Price, Payment and Bonus Programme
3.1 The price of the Goods is as displayed on the website Tallers.com at the time the order is placed.
3.2 Payment shall be made in Ukrainian hryvnia as indicated on the website, by one of the following methods:
- online by bank card;
- cash on delivery;
- any other method described on this website.
4. Delivery4.1 Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta to a branch or to the Buyer’s address, at the rates published on the carrier’s website.
5. Order Placement Procedure
5.1 The Buyer places an order via the website by adding items to the cart, providing contact details (full name, telephone number, email, delivery address) and selecting the payment and delivery method.
5.2 After the order is confirmed, the Seller sends a notification (via Viber, SMS or email).
5.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or adjust an order if the goods are out of stock or for other legitimate reasons.6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 The conditions for return and exchange of Goods are governed by the “Exchange and Returns” section of the website (https://tallers.com/uk/obmin-ta-povernennia/).
6.2 The Buyer has the statutory right to return or exchange Goods of improper quality within 14 days, provided the original packaging and appearance are preserved.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy (https://tallers.com/uk/polityka-konfidenciiynosti/).
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1 The Parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of this Offer in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
8.2 The Seller shall not be liable for the Buyer’s or any third party’s lost profits.
9. Final Provisions9.1 This Offer shall enter into force upon its publication on the website and shall remain in effect until withdrawn or amended.
9.2 All disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they shall be settled in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
