You can order delivery of goods by any method offered by Nova Poshta.

1. Delivery to a branch:

The maximum storage period for a parcel at a branch is 7 days.

When receiving goods in the presence of a delivery service representative/carrier, please carefully check: the integrity of the packaging, the appearance of the goods for mechanical damage, the completeness of the order, the presence of all items, and the functionality of the goods.

If the goods were picked up without being checked upon receipt, our online store cannot guarantee a resolution in favour of the buyer in the event of damage, incompleteness, inoperability and/or other defects in the goods.

2. Delivery to a post office:

The order is stored at the Nova Poshta post office for 3 days. After the storage period expires, the parcel is forwarded from the post office to the branch.

We deliver any goods weighing up to 20 kg and/or with dimensions up to 57x37x27 cm to the post office.

3. Delivery by Nova Poshta courier

Delivery takes 1 to 3 days. When receiving the goods in the presence of a representative of the delivery service/carrier, please carefully check: the integrity of the packaging, the appearance of the goods for mechanical damage, the completeness of the order, the presence of all items and the functionality of the goods.

4. International delivery by Nova Post

We deliver goods worldwide through the international service Nova Post. Address delivery or delivery to Nova Post offices in countries where they operate is possible. Delivery times are from 3 working days depending on the destination country. The maximum weight of a parcel is up to 40 kg (addressed delivery) or 1000 kg (cargo shipments). Dimensions: the longest side is up to 120 cm, the sum of the three sides is up to 150 cm (or as agreed). The cost of delivery is calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight. In some countries, payment for delivery upon receipt is possible. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are paid by the recipient in accordance with the legislation of the destination country. If you find damage or incomplete contents, refuse to accept and pay for the parcel.

If the goods were accepted without inspection upon receipt, the online store cannot guarantee a resolution in favour of the buyer in the event of damage, incompleteness, inoperability and/or other defects in the goods.

• Attention! Due to military operations, there are problems with delivery to some cities. Please check with the manager about the possibility of delivery to your city.

We offer several payment methods:

1. Online payment via LiqPay

Secure payment by Visa / Mastercard directly on the website.

2. Cash on delivery (COD)

Payment upon receipt of goods at a Nova Poshta branch.

A prepayment of 500 UAH (included in the purchase price) is required to ship the order.

Please note: the carrier charges an additional commission of 2% + 20 UAH for the cash on delivery service.

3. Payment to the sole proprietor’s current account

After placing your order, we will send you an invoice for payment.

The order will be shipped after the funds are credited to the account.
