Exchange/return of goods
You may return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your order in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’.
The goods must be unused and show no signs of wear: scratches, stains, scuffs, cosmetic residues, odours, traces of washing, etc.
The original packaging, tags, labels, and factory markings must be preserved.
The protective seal must not be removed or damaged — its preservation is a prerequisite for exchange.
The goods must be complete and in their original condition.
The product has not been used for photo or video shooting;
If the product does not fit
If the item does not fit in terms of size, style, colour or shape, and it was ordered according to our standard size chart, we will be happy to exchange it for another size or model within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
Items made to individual specifications, non-standard sizes or colours not from the main palette are not subject to return or exchange.
Exchanges are only possible within Ukraine.
Where and how can I exchange/return goods of inadequate quality?
Provide a brief description of the problem, attach a photo or video of the goods you purchased from us and would like to return by sending an email to tallersclothes.ua@gmail.com
Once your request has been processed, you will receive:
a reference number
a brief description of the next steps
You can then send the goods using Nova Poshta. If the goods meet the return requirements, we will exchange them or refund your money.
The exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality is at the expense of the buyer.
Please note! If the goods you are returning are not subject to exchange and return conditions, we will be forced to send them back at your expense.
