You can order delivery of goods by any method offered by Nova Poshta.


1. Delivery to a branch:

The maximum storage period of the parcel at the branch is 7 days.

Please, when receiving the goods in the presence of a representative of the delivery service/carrier, carefully check: the integrity of the packaging of the goods, inspect the appearance of the goods for mechanical damage, completeness, availability of all units and the operability of the goods.

If the goods were taken without inspection upon receipt, then our online store cannot guarantee a resolution of the issue in favor of the buyer in case of damage, incompleteness, inoperability and/or other defects of the goods.


2. Delivery to a Post Office:

The order is stored in the Nova Poshta post office for 3 days. After the storage period expires, the parcel is forwarded from the post office to the branch.

We deliver any goods weighing up to 20 kg and/or with a volume of up to 57x37x27 cm to the post office


3. Delivery by courier "Nova Poshta"

Delivery takes from 1 to 3 days. Please, when receiving the goods in the presence of a representative of the delivery service/carrier, carefully check: the integrity of the packaging of the goods, inspect the appearance of the goods for mechanical damage, completeness, the presence of all units and the operability of the goods.


4. International delivery Nova Post

We deliver goods worldwide via the international service Nova Post. Address delivery or delivery to Nova Post branches in the countries where they operate is possible. Delivery times - from 3 business days depending on the country of destination. Maximum parcel weight - up to 40 kg (address delivery) or 1000 kg (freight shipments). Dimensions: the longest side - up to 120 cm, the sum of three sides - up to 150 cm (or by agreement). The delivery cost is calculated by actual or volumetric weight. In some countries, payment for delivery upon receipt is possible. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are paid by the recipient in accordance with the legislation of the country of destination. If damage or incompleteness is detected, refuse to receive and pay for the parcel.

We offer several payment methods:


1. Online payment via LiqPay

Secure payment by Visa / Mastercard bank card directly on the website.


2. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

Payment upon receipt of the goods at a Nova Poshta branch.

To send the order, a prepayment of UAH 500 is required (included in the purchase price).

Please note: for the cash on delivery service, the carrier charges an additional commission of 2% + UAH 20


3. Payment to the individual entrepreneur's bank account

After placing the order, we will send you an invoice for payment.

The order will be sent after the funds have been credited to the account.
