Exchange / return of goods

You can return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the order in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

The goods have not been used and do not have any signs of wear: scratches, stains, abrasions, cosmetic residues, odors, traces of washing, etc.;

The original packaging, tags, labels, factory markings are preserved.;

The protective seal has not been removed or damaged - its preservation is a mandatory condition for exchange;

The goods are fully equipped and have their original appearance;

The product has not been used for photo or video shooting;

If the goods do not fit

If the item does not fit in size, style, color or shape, and it was ordered according to our standard size grid, we will be happy to exchange it for another size or model within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the parcel.

Items made to individual parameters, non-standard sizes or in colors not from the main palette are not subject to return or exchange.

Exchange is possible only within Ukraine.

Where and how can I exchange / return goods of inadequate quality?

Provide a brief description of the problem, attach a photo or video of the goods that you purchased from us and would like to return by sending an email to tallersclothes.ua@gmail.com

After your request is processed, you will receive:

• application number
• brief description of further actions

After that, you can send the goods using the Nova Poshta company. If the goods meet the return requirements, we will exchange them for you or refund the money.

Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

Please note! If the goods returned by you are not subject to the terms of exchange and return, we will be forced to send them back at your expense.
